Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement

Welcome to Slipstream Society.
By participating in any Slipstream Society activity, event, gathering, drive, or affiliated experience (“Activities”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Nature of Activities
Slipstream Society is a private membership-based community centered around automotive enthusiasm, curated gatherings, and shared experiences.
We are not a racing organization. We do not organize or sanction racing. We do not provide driving instruction or supervision.
All Activities are voluntary, and participants act independently at all times.
2. Assumption of Risk
You understand and acknowledge that participation in automotive-related Activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Motor vehicle accidents
- Personal injury or death
- Property damage
- Actions of other participants or third parties
- Road, weather, and environmental conditions
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.
3. Personal Responsibility
You agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your own driving behavior and decisions
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You will operate your vehicle safely and responsibly at all times
- You will not engage in reckless, negligent, or dangerous behavior
Slipstream Society does not control, direct, or monitor individual conduct.
4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge:
Slipstream Society, its founders, members, affiliates, partners, sponsors, and representatives
from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in any Activities.
This includes, without limitation:
- Personal injury
- Death
- Property damage
- Financial loss
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slipstream Society and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your actions or omissions
- Your violation of this agreement
- Your participation in Activities
6. No Insurance Coverage
You understand that Slipstream Society does not provide insurance coverage for participants.
You are solely responsible for maintaining:
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal auto insurance
- Any additional coverage you deem necessary
7. Vehicle Condition
You affirm that:
- Your vehicle is in safe operating condition
- You are legally permitted to operate it
- You assume all responsibility for its condition and performance
8. Media Release
You grant Slipstream Society the right to capture and use photographs, video, and other media of you and your vehicle for:
- Marketing
- Promotional content
- Social media
- Editorial use
No compensation is provided for such use.
9. Data & Communication
By participating, you agree that Slipstream Society may collect and use your information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
10. Acknowledgment of Understanding
By agreeing to this waiver, you confirm that:
- You have read and understand this agreement
- You acknowledge the risks involved
- You voluntarily accept full responsibility for your participation
